Week of Sept. 17 - 21

Congratulations, Mrs. Richards!

The Second Graders were very excited to hear the news the Ms. Hough became Mrs. Richards over the summer.  They practiced the parts of the letter while writing a letter of congratulations to
Mrs. Richards.

We are so happy for you, Mrs. Richards!

Check out the Second Graders song to help them remember the different parts of the letter.

Student of the Week

Each week one student is our Student of the Week and enjoys doing special activities each day.  In addition to being our line leader for the week, this special student reads to the class, brings a toy or another item to show the class and tries to stump his/her items with an item in the Mystery Bag.
On Friday the Student of the Week receives a standing ovation and a bag of compliments from his/her classmates.
